做为印刷人员，如何快速找到印刷露白的解决方向呢？往往造成印刷露白的原因不同，出现的露白也有细微的不同，印刷人员需要学会根据表象去判断造成印刷露白的症结所在，从而快速处理！我们大致可以从下面三个方面来看看。

1、先检测未印刷的纸板厚度值，再检查纸板从送纸单元出来后的纸板厚度值，看纸板是否有被送纸轮压溃。如果压溃了先解决纸板压溃的问题，送纸间隙是纸板厚度-0.3mm。
