How do you determine the printing eligibility requirements:
首先要了解印刷设备情况。比如机组色数、网纹辊的类型和线数、输纸系统、刮刀系统的基本情况。还有纸张类型,是白板纸还是涂布纸等。

有条件的可提供一套测试印机各项印刷适性的测试印版。其中包含有测试柔性版不同网线网点扩张的梯尺条、用来测量油墨实地密度值的色块、不同网点比例叠印的简易色谱、不同字号的阴阳文字和直线、测量套色误差用的模块、用来观测印刷平衡压力的压力巴等等。

测试印版要求在正常承印纸板、标准的生产水性墨、正常的印刷压力和车速等生产条件下来完成。当然可以改变一些印刷条件来得到不同的测试样张。通过对测试样张的分析,我们就可以得出该型印刷机在正常条件下的印刷适性。

可以得出每种颜色的网点扩张、曲线、水性墨的实地密度、色相值、网点撞网情况、色序的影响情况、幼细线条的还原、套印误差及印刷平衡压力情况等。
