逐步降低印刷压力,反复试验,寻找到最合适的印刷压力。调节方法:增加橡皮布滚筒和压印滚筒的间距,从0.28mm开始每次增加0.01mm。因为油墨黏度降低,如果使用正常印刷压力,网点扩大必然严重,只有减小印刷压力才能保证阶调的稳定再现。

重新计算印刷压力。选择衬垫纸厚度为0.48mm,橡皮布滚筒总包衬厚度为3.40mm,调节橡皮布滚筒和压印滚筒的间距为3.25mm,实际印刷生产的印刷压力控制在0.25mm。调试完成后,先清洗橡皮布,重新开机印刷,抽样检查,发现样张实地区域不平服,小网点有丢失现象,说明印刷压力还是低了一点。停机拆下橡皮布滚筒包衬,在包衬里面增加0.07mm衬垫纸,这时印刷压力理论上已达到0.32mm。开机印刷,印刷出来的产品实地平服,墨色均匀,平网区域网点再现良好。
